9VOLTS

9Volts is an electronic music project founded by Paul Francis Woolfries and is strongly involved in the writing, recording, mixing and producing uniquely exciting, sometimes manic, electronic music.

9Volts have collaborated with different bands and artists over the years, and are passionate in recording and remixing music for all that ask. The artist we have worked with includes ‘The Bass Syndicate‘, ‘Jnr Jesus‘ and ‘ScareCrow‘. We have also remixed tracks by different artists including ‘How To Destroy Angels‘, ‘Ash‘, ‘David Gerald‘ and ‘Everything Everything‘.

Musical influences include ‘Nine Inch Nails‘, ‘The Prodigy‘, ‘Gary Numan‘, ‘Front 242‘, ‘Aphex Twin‘, ‘Moby‘, ‘Depeche Mode‘ and ‘Orbital‘, to name just a few.

As music lovers we study the techniques used by other producers and are greatly influenced by the top skills and styles of ‘Brian Eno‘, ‘Flood‘ and ‘Trent Reznor‘.

We are dedicated to experimenting with and re-designing our sonic drive that is nourished by the ever growing and never ending evolution within all electronic music.
